"Recently my truck was totalled due to a tree falling onto the road right in front of me. The claim was handled quickly and fairly. I used the claim money to purchase another vehicle. I called Mike Davis' office today to provide the vehicles information. Samantha answered the call immediately. She gave me her full unintrupted attention. I was never put on hold. Samantha was very nice and professional. She took my information, reviewed my coverages and rates. Before our conversation had ended I had already received an e-mail with a current I.D. card. In these days and times when we frequently are speaking to AI bots or to a customer service rep on the other side of world that is difficult to understand, today I received real, professional, good old fashion customer service!!!! Thank you Samantha!!! Thank you Mike!!!"
